Thank you for visiting my website and your interest in my candidacy to serve the residents of Brevard County as Property Appraiser. Through my candidacy, I am applying for a job, working for you.
I have lived in Brevard County since 1985 and it is the place I call home. It is here that I met and married my husband of 22 years and raised a family. I am proud to be a part of this community and it has been an honor to serve the residents of Brevard for 25 years, both personally and professionally. I have invested in the future of Brevard County through community and public service, and in turn, Brevard has invested in me.
I have dedicated my life to honest public service. I worked for the Brevard County Property Appraiser’s office for over 20 years and was a member of senior management. My professional career in property tax administration includes a comprehensive knowledge of mass appraisal, real estate markets, the tax levy process, and the administration of tax exemptions and property classifications. As a former Director for the Brevard County Property Appraiser’s office, I have the specialized experience required of this vital role to provide an accurate and adequately supported opinion of value for all properties. If given the honor to serve as your Property Appraiser, I will be prepared, on day one, to deliver the guidance, new technology, transparencies necessary to facilitate trust, and honorable public service that Brevard residents deserve.
As engaged citizens, we must continue to protect what is most important to us all: our quality of life, the future of our children, the vitality of our community, and the honor of being an American. We must be represented by experienced, honorable people that will serve with their moral compass pointing in the right direction.
